It’s All About the Details
You have weekdays available with flexibility in your calendar and pocketbook to work one day a week or five days a week depending on the season. You have the resources to prioritize both Align’s clients and your own clients/family/personal schedule.
We work a 6 hour day in the client’s home, plus hours before and after sessions for donation/recycling/landfill drop-offs and container shopping. Add in driving time to homes plus some evening and weekend time for initial client consultations, drop offs and shopping.
Align hires entrepreneurs. As an independent contractor, Align is your client and the homeowner is Align’s client. You’ll invoice Align for your time and come prepared with an organizing tool kit complete with post-it notes, sharpie markers, a professional label maker and handy household tools to bring to every project. As Professional Organizers we follow a code of conduct and ethics, have business insurance, a criminal record check, use our cell phone for work, and have no trouble loading our vehicles with storage containers and items for donation, recycling, and landfill.
